H.E.M. Game Guidelines
As we prepare for our first home games, please remember some of the new restrictions that are in place in order that we may have these seasons:
We appreciate your support of our students. Please remember our activities are for the students and we need anyone that are experiencing any of the signs and symptoms of COVID-19 or has been in recent contact with anyone that has had the virus, to please stay home. Our goal is for these students to be able to complete the season. Please do not be the reason our students lose this educational opportunity. Together we can benefit our Wyoming students. Thank you for your cooperation.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the social distancing guidelines that have been established. As a reminder, when you are not able to social distance, please wear your face coverings. This event is for the students and we want them to be able to complete the season. Together we can benefit our Wyoming students.

Dear Parents-
2020 is definitely a different year. Who would have thought last year at this time that we would be “social distancing”, wearing masks, and celebrating the fact that we can be holding events face-to-face. We have all made adjustments to everything we are doing in order to be in school in person and hold our activities. We thank everyone for your patience and working with us as we adapt to our new procedures that we must follow.
One of these new protocol and procedures will be with Parent-Teacher Conferences. In the past we have had an “open-house” style conference night for our conferences. We cannot do this due to procedures that we must follow. Conferences are scheduled for the week of September 21, 2020. If you would like to schedule a time to come in after school please call the office and we can arrange a time to meet with your children’s teachers that week (masks will be required). If a face-to-face meeting is not required, teachers will contact parents in regards to student performance. We can also schedule a Zoom session if needed.
Please know that this is not the only time teachers and office staff are available. You can call or email us anytime with questions or concerns. If you have questions on how this will work please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
Steven Priest

It is hard to believe that we are already headed back to school. The way the year ended last year was extremely trying on us all. However, I am extremely proud of the way our teachers, students, parents, and community pulled together in order to make sure that learning and events (though modified) were still able to happen. The start of this year is no different. We are having to modify our “normal” just a bit in order to welcome students back into our halls. We are all excited to see students again and get back to some sense of normalcy. There will be some slight modifications and some changes from what we have done in the past due to regulations and health orders. These are every changing and it is a continual process, so please have patience as we all figure out this “new normal” together.
I have linked our Campus Reopening Plan below. Please read over it and feel free to contact us with questions. We will be hosting a meeting here at H.E.M. in order to go over the plan and to answer any questions. Once again, thank you for all of your assistance and patience through these tough and uncertain times.
