Purpose of Grant:

Title III grant funds are used to supplement programs and classroom supports for EL/ELL (English Learner/English Language Learner) students enrolled in the district.  These funds are used to ensure that qualifying EL students at CCSD2 find success in the classroom, despite any difficulties with literacy or communication that their EL status may present.
