Get your student's sports physical completed before athletics start. There are various opportunities to choose from! See the fliers below.

Summer is the perfect time to have your student(s) who are in need of state required immunizations receive them prior to returning to school so they are ready to go once they are back! Reach out to their primary care provider or Public Health to schedule an appointment. If you are unsure of your child's immunization status, there are links below for information on state required school immunizations and how to access immunization records via The Docket.

*If you have a child between 11 and 13 years old, please be sure that they are up to date on their Tdap.

*If you have an incoming kindergartener, please be sure that they are up to date on their kindergarten shots.
